ORLANDO A federal judge has given a secular organization the green light to distribute more atheistic and anti-Christian materials to Florida public school students, in spite of the materials graphic content and offensive language.
As previously reported, the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) learned last year that a Christian ministry had made Bibles available to Orlando high school students on Religious Freedom Day. To counter the Bible distribution, FFRF sought permission from the school district to give students a variety of atheistic and anti-Christian materials.
According to reports, the Orange County School Board permitted FFRF to distribute several books and pamphlets, including a booklet entitled Whats Wrong With The Ten Commandments? and a brochure entitled What Is An Atheist? However, the board prohibited FFRF from giving students several other publications, citing the materials disruptive and inappropriate content.
FFRF promptly sued the school board for not allowing the distribution of the materials. Eventually, the school board complied with the organizations demands, giving FFRF permission to distribute the previously-prohibited materials. Then, earlier this month, a district judge officially dismissed the FFRF lawsuit, thus giving the green light to the in-school distribution of atheistic materials.

Satanists can distribute their literature, Muslims can distribute the Quran, and atheists can distribute books that criticize religion, said FFRF Staff Attorney Andrew Seidel.

And still...folks refuse to believe that the NWO is real.
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
Matthew 18:7--- Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!
How naive they are that they can't figure out who is using them as pawns to bring even more people into Hell.
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked
~Galatians 6:7
Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels
~Matthew 25:41
Mockers resent correction, so they avoid the wise.
~Proverbs 15:12
Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind
~Romans 1:28
A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall perish.
~Proverbs 19:9,
And THIS is how permitting prayers in schools, Hobby Lobby, prayers at government functions, etc is going to backfire. It will take awhile. It will seem like a buzzing fly. But in time, it will overwhelm Christianity. What at first seemed like Christian victories and support will be seen for what it is ... we have been played. Some of us may not be around to see it, but rest assured it is coming.
I taught an Sunday School class once about school prayer (what happens when you get the lawyer to teach Sunday School). I started that class alone in the belief it should not have it. At the end 90% or more agreed. In the years to come, it will NOT be a Christan prayer. Be assured.
That’s a good one!
The judge was in error. That is, the Christian material sought to expose children to Christianity. While the atheist material might expose children to atheism, this is acceptable; but what is not acceptable is for them to attack Christianity, or any other religion.
Comparatively, if a school held an African-American and Hispanic-American day, the federal judge might insist the school also sponsor a White-American day. However, this White-American day could not advocate despising blacks and Hispanics, especially if such speech was filled with graphic content and offensive language.
So can we also distribute materials outlining how God loves us, Jesus died for us and the Holy Spirit continues to guide us?
I have news for them.
The Anti-Christ agenda and reign will be political.
one should NEVER be allowed to distribute things that are derisive of the “other side”.....if you have something positive to say about your side. fine....but nothing at all that puts the other side down...
Revolt is coming.
So these jokers think there is something wrong with the Ten Commandments.
Interesting.
So, Mr. Atheist, if someone sticks a gun in your face and demands your wallet, you have no right to complain.
Funny, that's the same question I ask of some folks who claim to be anarchists. They don't quite see the illogic in their mindset.
I tell them that true anarchy is might makes right. If you can't defend it, it's not yours.
They sputter they just want to be free, but then go running to vote in the very politicians who will enslave them. I tell them that when the stuff hits the fan, their type will be the first to die.
