...actually, the 2011 translation is a more literal translation of the Latin Ordo (Pauline Rite) of 1969...ICEL changed some of the wording to more conform to progressive tendencies in the English speaking Catholic world...
...think ‘we believe’ in the Credo, and ‘for all’ in the Consecrational formula, and you see the type of corrections made...
