Once again, the seven hills of Rome spoken about are on the other side of the Tiber. They do not include the Vatican

The Tiber River and the Vatican are within the City of Rome...

At the time Revelation was written, Vatican hill was outside the city of Rome. The word in Rev translated “hills” actually means “mountains” anyway.
