I’m from and still live near Cincy. This article is correct. This is no big deal. The only ones who want it to care are the members of the national media, and they just can’t seem to break through to these conservative Catholics in our area who have kids in the best elementary and high schools in the state, outperforming all others academically and athletically.
“We’re #1 in everything, and we hate it and want to change it!” is not a chant you’ll hear around here anytime soon.
Most people here think if you sign on to work in a religious school, then you will probably have to comply with their religious rules. I think they’d be shocked if it weren’t that way.
