I seem to recall a prediction of 1974 also.
It was a discussion among classmates in my 1971 graduating class.
Actually, 1914, or round abouts there was the beginning of the end of the United States of America with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act and the income tax Amendment.

I always invite cultists in when they come around.
Before any conversation I offer to pray and make sure I clearly pray the Gospel so they can hear it. Prayer is the ine think they won’t interupt.
Years ago I lived alone out in the country. It took a long time to get hot water up to the shower head so I used to turn on the water and then go down to the kitchen to put on the coffee. One morning, I was standing in front of the slider door which was flanked by two floor to ceiling windows when I discovered that two JWs had pulled up into my driveway and were approaching. I realized I had not even a tea towel at hand to cover me so I waved at them from the kitchen. They stopped and stared at how the good Lord made me, dropped a few newsletters on my deck, and I never saw them again.

In Acts, the scripture says "there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved." JWs admit this is a reference to Jesus. In Romans, the scripture says, "whoever shall call upon the name of Jehovah shall be saved."
The only way both of the above verses can be true is if Jesus is Jehovah. He is!
I can’t really see that much difference between the J.Vs and many others, although I do not agree with them.
They claim they will be the 144000 that will be taken up and the rest of them will live forever with out having to die.
Most other denominations also believe many of them will be taken up with out having to die, though I don’t know if they consider them selves to be the 144000 or not.
Nearly all of the churches reject the idea that the 144000 went with Jesus. any one can search the scriptures for proof that they did.
