No I don't know what you're referring to about the Keys of Hell and Death.

Rev 1:18

There are interpretations that bring Moses to Heaven.

R2z : My understanding is that Jesus the King of the Jews descended into (your preferred word goes here) and came out with the Keys of Hell and Death.Do we agree on this?

wmfights : No I don't know what you're referring to about the Keys of Hell and Death. Also, Jesus Christ did not descend into Hell. He went to Paradise/Abraham's Bossom. The "Gates of Hell" could not keep Him out, or hold the saints in.

I think you may have misread my earlier post to you.

Rev 1:18

What you're pointing at is the Great White Throne Judgement when the other half of Hades is emptied forever and it's occupants judged and condemned to Hell.

Rev. 20:13 The Sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.

My reading of this is that the condemned will be raised body and soul for judgement. The Old Testament Saints, or New Testament Saints, are not going to judged at the White Throne Judgement. We have been saved by Grace through Faith, our works are only a reflection of our faith not a means to salvation.

Thanks for posting the verse. I hadn't thought about that before.

You are incorrect; I am not pointing at anything other than showing you Revelation 1:18, as it appears in virtually all translations that were made in the light of what The Lord Jesus Christ said about those who add or subtract to that particular Book.

Is there Scriptural evidence to support these statements you have made? Especially the latter one.

No

Why not just ask me directly what you're getting at. I try to be direct and posted this as a Dispensational Caucus to avoid all the "gotcha" stuff we see on open threads. I'm open to learning something new.

My point about not knowing if Moses went directly to Heaven is based on only 2 people in history never dying, Enoch and Elijah. Also, a satisfactory sacrifice had not yet been made at the time he died.

Thank you! NOW the problem is evident. You are not taking into account...Eternity. We live in Time...one of God's most mysterious to me creations in which we all find ourselves, at this time.

I agree with your assessment, although I believe He only ascended after the 40 days here.

Body to the grave, soul to Abraham’s Bosom/Paradise as a compartment of Hades, and His human spirit to God the Father.

After 3 days he was resurrected in the new body, the First fruits, after having also spoken to those incarcerated in Hades, (I believe some reference is also made of His speaking to those bound in Tartarus and even the Abyss).

I recall him giving warning to others not to touch Him until He was presented in Heaven between the Resurrection and the Ascension.

OK, no need to get upset.

Deep in scripture Jesus was missing for 3 days to save the Old Testament. He also denied Satan’s death for the Gentiles.

I will leave it there.

He was asking that particular Mary to let go and not hold on to Him. It appears she may have already touched Him, as Thomas was commanded to do.

You are doing well to understand why you are here.

You asked for it. Believe me.
