The Mexican gangs actually started doing this after being inspired by the Islamic terrorists. They found that terror worked.
And since the US has never responded to the Muslims as it should have (extermination),Mexican thugs took their cue from us and from the painful weakness of Mexico as a state- and except for a few brave women and some men - all of them dead now - Mexico unofficially gave up.
But that’s cool. We’re giving up now too.
