With all due respect, please don't tell me what to do :) I disagree with name calling (Mt 5:22) or questioning someone's commitment to Christ (I assume that's why you put ' ' around the word Christian)
Natural Law asked a legitimate question: How did Christ love? My answer is that he loved fully but he did NOT confirm others in sinful lifestyles nor did he confiscate from one group to give to a more preferred group. He specifically said to sin no more. And he submitted to the laws of his nation. Therefore I don't see the bishops' confirmation of some in law-breaking and entitlement-seeking as necessarily Christlike.
My point is that it is not completely justified to blame only the Mexicans. We have created an incredible welfare salt-lick and in doing so created the incentive and reward for illegal immigration.
