Yes, we all do, but how often do you deliberately sin?

Have you ever contemplated this verse:

1John 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

How do we get there? Dismissing our sins certainly can’t be the way, so what is it?
