Huh? I always give Roman Catholics the benefit of our shared faith and steer clear of the “Mary” issue, but where is the scripture that tells us that Mary will crush the serpent? Is that official Church doctrine or just one person’s fantasy/opinion?

It is just some of the mariology of the Roman church .She is the sinless savior for them and so they attribute the prophecies pointing to Christ to her.

Christ is the victor..not his momma

This is the twisted scripture;

Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Of course this speaks of Christ

Col 2:15 [And] having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Hbr 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
