Most of the Iranians are pro Western. They also feel the wrath and lash of their leaders. I would not nuke Tehran. A very selective strike with conventional precision arms on the majlis (Iranian Parliament) in session would make Iran leaderless.
Most Germans living in Dresden were pro western and wanted nothing to do with Total War or Genocide.

Israel is in an ongoing, existential war. They absolutely assure their own destruction if they fail to destroy their enemies.

That doesn't matter to the Premillennial Dysfunctionalist. The nation of Israel is their Kaaba. They call anyone who dares to raise an eyebrow at Israel as "anti-semites" but if their "black stone" is threatened in the least they will demand that millions of Arabs (Semites) are slaughtered as simply a precaution. Their god's power and might is seen in howitzer shells and mushroom clouds indiscriminately killing people in their homes, places of worship and even butchering children in their schools.
These genocidal monsters will say "Jesus loves you" while they gleefully demand that WMD, too horrible to ever be used in war before, are used to carpet bomb entire civilizations into glowing rubble.
They claim that their Israel fetish comes from Scripture, but apparently they reject all of that "I will ____ my enemies so that the world will know that I am God" language that accompanies their prooftexts (and all of that this is supposed to happen mid-way in the Tribulation). Just look at the insane genocidal statements they make. Tehran has a population over eight million people, yet the guy you are posting to wants to indiscriminately nuke them ALL. As reference, Adolf Hitler is charged with systematically killing only six million Jews and he is considered to be the benchmark of evil.
These Dysfunctionalists claim to be Christians, but are spending their time fantasizing about slaughtering entire mission fields rather than evangelizing them or at least praying for peace and safety of the millions of Christians already struggling with people trying to kill them.
Then you have people who think that if Israel just goes full-out military on her neighbors, that the world will sit back and do nothing. While that poster claimed that Israel is hated already by everyone, apparently the economically devastating effect of "sanctions" never occurred to these arm-chair generals as being a virtual certainty which would cause Israel to cease to exist faster than scuds and mortars.

Like previous wars in the ME, Israel’s satellites, drones and HUMINT will already know what is coming before it even happens. There can be no massing of troops by the Muzzies so there is no way they will ever take over Israel.
The best they can do is send in missiles and rockets until Israel says “No Mas.” And without the use of WMD’s there will be damage to property and maybe a few casualties. Israel has shelters that can withstand more of the shelling.
The problem lies in whether the Muzzies declare a cease fire before Israel retaliates. The other problem is if Israel does not retaliate, while they build their cities back up the Muzzies can repeat the process.
They way Israel wins a war like this is by telling the UN to piss off and level Tripoli or Damascus while forcing the Palis in Gaza to flee to Egypt.
