I need some help/advice for tomorrow

I need some input/help as to what I am going to say and ask when the adult forum at my local church (ELCA) invites a local imam to speak.

From last week's bulletin...

"A few weeks ago the 7th grade Confirmation class and their parents visited the the Islamic Institute of Minnesota--Al-Salam Mosque in Maplewood. The gentleman who spoke to the group was so informative that it was suggested that he speak during the Adult Education time this Sunday. Samir Saikali, acting Imam will be speaking on “What Everyone Should Know About Islam and Muslims.” It will be a presentation of basic Islamic beliefs, worldview, and practices, plus time for questions and answers. Join him in the Fireside Room at 9:30 for this very informative discussion."

I'm well aware of creeping Sharia Law, honor killings and the stoning of females in Islam.

What else can my fellow Christians and FReepers arm me with for a confrontation with this man tomorrow?

Limit your replies to hard facts. I don't have time to sort out the funny stuff. As we all are wont to do...

Forgot to say, a prayer has been sent. The imam may be telling what he believes to be the truth, but we know the father of lies will use a sincere person for deception. When Jesus spoke in the Temple, He used Scripture to counter the opposition. May God be with you and the others, and may He turn the imam from his false religion/way of life.

I am afraid that I would vote with my feet. We have no reason to go to a Muzzie Mosque, unless to try to convert them, and rightly so, they would kick you out the door. I have had similar “Islam training”, government paid, made by a muslim (no conflict of interest, eh?). He’ll act like he knows everything, as usual. They are quite stuck on stupid. The part that cracked me up was when he said Islam believes Jesus was just a man and got down from the cross safely. Well, that is a totaly different story and Jesus from mine, and he was not at all interested in the testimony I had.

In other words they are revisionists of the first kind when they are confronted with their errors - inherent creep compulsive liars in total denial. Why? Because there is something really really wrong with a muslim at the bottom... like they are into gang rape, that is why, imo.

They are to be treated, like, between hunting a clever feral hoag and a crazy retard who has been pimped instead of having been treated in a mental hospital properly for whole his life. I’d ask him the question we will all be asked one day.

Do you know Jesus Christ and do you believe in the atonement of His shed blood for the remission of your sins?

I’d probably lead up to it by asking, with true sincerity, what Islam says about sin (i.e. the breaking of the Ten Commandments) and what their “remedy” for it is, if it not in the shed blood of Christ.

I’d also probably ask him what contribution Mohammed’s writings have — or do not have — on the one and only remedy for fallen, sinful mankind.

The fundamental approach to Islam is, I believe and I submit. This approach is an expression of slavery and subjugation which is the purpose of our creation. Allah is our Master and we are His slaves. We do and submit as He orders. Allah is al-Hakeem, the All-Wise. As such, every order of His is most appropriate and filled with wisdom.

Our limited minds and limited understanding cannot comprehend the infinite wisdom of Allah and His orders. It is also important to understand that the guidance is from Allah. Allah states, ‘Muhammad speaks through revelation.’ Therefore, every order from Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] of Shari’ah, be it in the Qur’aan or Hadith has the same underlying spirit of wisdom in it. Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] said, ‘There is no taking away of life but through the sword.’ This is an order and we submit to it. As Muslims and knowing that this law comes from Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] who is a fountain of mercy, it jolts the mind to search for the wisdom behind this order. Surely, an order of the All-Wise will be filled with wisdom. An order from the most merciful will have its foundation on the spirit of mercy.

The law of decapitating should be viewed in relation to other forms of murder, injection, hanging, shocking, etc. If the concern is the pain to the murdered person, that can only be justified if the dead person expresses his pain himself. It cannot be conclusively stated that the decapitating progress is more painful. It could be the other way round. In the process of hanging or electrocuting, injection, etc. the blood rushes to the brain which is the source of all pain. In decapitating, the head is severed and the blood flows out before reaching the brain. However, outwardly it appears the decapitating process is more severe. That should be examined in line with the purpose of such punishment. Punishments are meant to deter people from criminal activities. If a criminal is made to die by simply sleeping away, that may not serve as a real deterrent to onlookers. That is more achieved through an apparent brutal act. It has an impact in serving as a deterrent as opposed to other forms of punishment which is more painful to the criminal and does not leave a real impact on the onlookers. Crime will carry on. Observe the crime statistics in Saudia Arabia and other parts of the world. Why is there such a huge difference in the crime rate between such administrations? Countries having an effective punishment like severing the head, hands, etc. have a very low crime rate. The lives and properties of people are more safeguarded and respected.

Great advice. Shake the dust off of your shoes and find a Bible believing/teaching church,especially if you have children. This is nothing more than encouraging a one world religion. Yes, I am serious.
