Norm, I understand why you must deny the obvious truth about your blasphemous peepstone prophet and the subsequent blasphemies your leaders have atught. This must scare the bejeebers out of you!

I don’t believe the Bible contains all the information out there about God — I’m happy to find new revelations and learn new truths.
As far as Bruce McConkie’s quote goes, it is not that Joseph Smith is the one who provides salvation — vital truths and authority were missing from the earth which were restored by God through Joseph Smith.
