How do you know the planet is overcrowded? What is the magic number? I won’t even ask about how you decided which people should be breeding.

I personally do not propose taking action as a nation, and would fight to the death to prevent it.
but throughtout history the sure cure for overpopulation has been disease and war, sometimes together.
