WW 1 we had both the war and the 1917 influenza epidemic and in my opinion we were overpopulated then and are even more overpopulated now....hence current world unrest and things like the aids epidemic.
it is my opinion that we are overpopulated and we all know what opinions are like...(we have with our technology made overpopulation easier, what with medicines and tampering with the genetic code of food production...fishing the seas clean of fish, which is also happening...this will eventually collapse and then we are in for a world of hurt...)

if however a distraught woman needs to shed some cells, I am not as upset as if it was in the 3rd, 2nd or even late in the 1st trimester.....

That's probably because most Catholics have never heard what the Church actually teaches, only the opinions of the media, some celebrity, or political pundit, about what the Church teaches.
