NNNNNNNNGGGGhhhh
for us "tweeners" who dont have a caucus
tweeners being Christians without a denomination who cant participate in any caucus threads
Prayer threads are closed to debate of any kind. Devotional threads are closed to debate of any kind.
Caucus threads are closed to any poster who is not a member of the caucus.
If it says Catholic Caucus and you are not Catholic, do not post to the thread. However, if the poster of the caucus invites you, I will not boot you from the thread. The caucus article and posts must not compare beliefs or speak in behalf of a belief outside the caucus.
Ecumenic threads are closed to all anti arguments.
The article of an "ecumenic" thread can discuss more than one belief - but it must not be a direct attack on other beliefs. Posters may express the beliefs they are for but not those they are against. They may also ask questions. Posters who try to tear down others beliefs or use subterfuge to accomplish the same goal are the disrupters on ecumenic threads and will be booted from the thread and/or suspended.
Do not pick at scabs by mentioning prior open threads. If you need to make a point previously made on an open thread, summarize it anew.
Open threads are a town square posters may argue for or against beliefs of any kind.
They may tear down other's beliefs. They may ridicule, similar to the Smoky Backroom with the exception that a poster must never make it personal. Reading minds and attributing motives are forms of making it personal. Thin-skinned posters will be booted from open threads because in the town square, they are the disrupters.
youre invited
Have a blessed Sunday in the Lord
Blessed Sunday to you aswell. If you lead a PING list for nondenominational Christians, put me on it please. Thanks.
Please add me as well - my church left me.
As a self-described "Baptolic," I guess that's me.
I think I'm also allowed to munch pork rinds with the wine, but that one is still open to debate...
Please add me - thanks for picking this up.
Please add me to the non-denom ping list. Thanks.
Me too, I think. I attend a non-denom Willow Creek-type; was raised Southern Baptist; teach at a Catholic university; and my son went to a Seventh Day Adventist school. Oh, yeah, I played in a band with Mormons for many years :)
For your attention, Inmans, something new.
And enjoy a song this beautiful morning.
You can keep me on the pint list, but I prefer the PING list.
I quit drinking a long time ago or I'd want on that pint list too.
Spell check didn’t catch that one, LOL.
Put me down
Great !!!! thanks for the invitation and thank you organizing this.....BTW please add me to the ping list....
“Put me down”
Ya smell funny.
Non-denom here, and I’m already on the “pint” list :>)
Please add me to your list.
Yes, I know the feeling ... I was an Episcopalian, but they are ‘no longer’. Add me to this ping list, please Revi.
