I cannot answer to the charges you are apparently bringing against the Archdiocese concerning other matters since I do not live there and am not "in the know", but I do not see what other options the Archbishop had concerning the St. Stanislaus' Schism.
I am not bringing charges but voicing suspicion. I said that was sad. Burke is an orthodox bulldog, which I like, but the temporal authority of the bishops over Church property always worries me. As for the lack of evangelization, drive Union Rd. from the city limits to Lindbergh and look for an open Catholic church.
