I agree, that's my biggest concern as well, letting this law stand on the books until a DemonRAT takes control of the White House and starts busting RightWing heads. I still believe Dubyuh's gonna haveta declare some sorta VICTORY in the War on Terrorism before his second term is out and ratchet back some of the more egregious impositions on our Civil Rights. However, I can't really recall the last time the Federal Leviathan voluntarily decreased their powers!!

I'll believe there is a "war" on terrorism when our borders are locked down by the National Guard. So far, this "war" is, has been and continues to be selective!
