The lawyers representing the Jews could enter into evidence the movie “The Ten Commandments” and show that the gold was used to make the “Golden Calf” which was consumed by the earth by God. They can call Charlton Heston as a witness, and sue God. (Or in the case of most Egyptians, Allah.)

True, but it's a lot more fun to sue the Jews. What court would take this case? How about the statue of limitations? Nah. How about the Jewish Temple was looted 4 or 5 time so they don't still own the alledged ill gotten gain? Nah. How about the "culprits" have been dead for 2500 years? Nah.

Of course, the suit doesn't mention back wages for the the indentured servitude of the Jews.

Hatred of Jews comes in many forms. There is no such thing as justice in tyranical Egypt. Why should the consideration of this suit be any different?
