By way of contrast the Western Wall is open to all and all do come. On one visit I lent an Irish guy my pen so he could write a prayer to inset into a crevice in the Wall. He had come to the Wall and didn't know what or why people were writing on pieces of paper and sticking it into the wall so he asked me. And a non Jewish buddy at home gave me his prayer to insert for him

You got that right.
The Western wall is availble to EVERYONE!.

All they ask is simple respect for the area.
No photographs during Shabat.
Men and women pray in seperate areas.
Men must cover their heads (supplied for free).
