July 16 — While Hillary Clinton is out and about promoting her best-selling memoir, Bill Clinton’s “other woman” has reportedly checked into a fat farm.

MONICA LEWINSKY is said to be a guest at the $600-a-day Grayshott Hall, near Guildford, England.        “She looks very heavy, big hips and bum,” an unkind source told the London Mirror.
			It is — no doubt — merely a coincidence that Bill Clinton has also recently been in the U.K. lately, and after a recent fund-raiser was approached by what Brit papers have been describing as a Lewinsky look-alike.        “Frisky Bill confined himself to a peck on her cheek,” notes The People.        When The Scoop called Lewinsky’s spokeswoman, she was unavailable for comment.
