Albany police turned the computer over to the FBI for expert analysis a few days ago and are looking for evidence involving sex crimes and possibly "other offenses," said an official with firsthand knowledge of the politically explosive case.

and possibly "other offenses," said an official with firsthand knowledge of the politically explosive case.
"The FBI really has the technical expertise to examine the computer the way it should be," continued the official
.... like purchasing illegal drugs over the internet?! Boxley supports the elimination of the Rockefeller Drug Laws. He's forgotten that those laws are intended to stop him, a lawyer, from doing what he is accused of doing.
I also tend to think people like Speaker Silver and anyone Silver is cavorting with are in trouble. Silver has a Big-Time Conflict-of-Interest.
Besides being Speaker, Silver "moonlights" at a leading personal-injury law firm. And -- guess what -- surprise -- Silver's blocked tort reform for years, costing New Yorkers billions in runaway court awards, settlements and lawyers' fees.
Would be a "tragedy" for Silver if Boxley's computer has any inside information on Silver and his pals blocking laws which resulted in lining the pockets of Silver and his trial law firm.
