MIND READER
Unimpressed by the speedy liberation of Iraq, Edward Norton is jumping on Hollywood's President Bush bashing bandwagon.
As an actor I know in my mind watching him, what a low quality mind he has, Norton, whose chronic hamming helped ruin the film 'Red Dragon' with Anthony Hopkins tells the London Telegraph.
'Because I have been doing this since I was 5 years old, I know when a person is saying words that aren't their own-and it is apparent as it could possibly be to me that he is a mouthpiece, and not even a good mouthpiece.
'President Ronald Reagan was a B-Movie Actor, but at least he had the ability to touch certain emotional notes. Bush is just utterly incapable of it.'

I don't understand what that means.
You build houses, but can only sell it to people who are minorities?
Can you elaborate?

And he IS Nelson Rockefeller by Hollywood standards.

"I know in my mind watching him, what a low quality mind he has. . ."
. . .'in the mind of the beholder' certainly explains Norton's observations here.

What a great picture SkyPilot, I'm going to use it.
By the way, no one has pointed out the connection;
Norton plays a retard in "The Score" and in "I Am Sam" Sean Penn does the same bit within a couple years... Coincendence? I think not!

I know one thing about this guy - he'll NEVER be president.
Other than that, I wouldn't know him if he sat down next to me. Small chance that will ever happen, but I would step on his toe (accidentally, of course) as I got away from him as fast as possible.

I really used to like Edward Norton. This sucks.

I don't imagine Homer Simpson is going to be making any anti-Bush comments any time soon. Homer got into a fistfight with Bush the elder.

And to think this GOOBER is sleeping with Salma Hayek.....
< sigh >

The page wouldn't load for me so couldn't read the whole article. Even with the pics of Ed I still don't recognize him, not that I cared one wit what he says. Guess he's not as famous as he believes.
This is as good as any post to add this little snicker. Last Sunday, after a #1 rated "60 Minutes" Susan Saranwrap's movie "Ice Bound" fell to the bottom of the ratings, heehee. I feel for the real life Dr. Jeri as her story is excellent and recommend her book. Hey Susan, your public has exercised their right to switch channels.

As Chevy Chase would say, I'm Bush and your not.
As Bush would say, "Who cares what you think ?"

Thanks for the Selma Hayek. Besides tequila, tortillas, pan dulce, chiles, and beautiful women, Ms. Hayek is one of the few things from Mexico that I have any interest in at all.
Mexico and Canada, what great allies. Not.

Yes, but as Homer explained (while attempting to purchase a gun) when confronted with the accusation that he assaulted President Bush, "FORMER President Bush."

He is a dead ringer for MAD Magazine's Alfred E. Neuman. Can anyone post their images side by side?

But have you noticed lately how much better Bush has gotten in his speaking. He has improved speaking on his own.
Glib prolixity does not always connote real intelligence.
