To all modern day patriots...
Posted on 04/18/2003 1:38:56 PM PDT by bogeybob
Tonight (April 18th) was when Revere and Dawes took off from Boston to warn Samuel Adams and Hancock that the British were coming to get them. Along the way they woke a lot of people up. They both made it to the home where the two patriots were staying, but outside of Lexington both were captured and detained. Fortunately, they had met a doctor on the road that night who was returning from "sparking" his lady friend and he did make it Concord. Concord was prepared and turned back the lobster backs the next day, April 19th, the real Patriot's Day. Only Maine and Massachusetts celebrate this great event. So to each of you modern patriot's....Enjoy your day!

I'd like to take up Paul's cry, and ask everyone to do something to support NMD (national missile defense) today. Call your congresscritter. Talk to your friends, liberal and otherwise. It's moral to defend ourselves, our freedoms, and our heritage. MAD (mutually-assured destruction) is obsolete as a defense.

As the Middlesex County patriots understood, gun rights first, missile protection second.
The last invaders carried box cutters not missiles.
