I'm starting to doubt that the pyro alone burned down great white..
The camera cuts away right as the the started. We missed it. And apparently they are not hot enough to a gasoline soaked rag on fire.
That thing looked juiced up to burn.

I agree with you. No building that size should be fully engulfed with that hot of flames in 3 minutes. Something's wrong with that picture.

Monty - have you ever been in a nightclub (roadhouse) like this? Nine times out of 10 they are located just out of city limits, which typically means "no zoning" controls whatsoever (i.e. no inspectors checking them for code violations). They are typically made mostly of wood - older construction. Just ask firemen how quickly an older building made of wood can go up in flames once it's "lit". I saw enough of that video to see the flames spreading quickly across the ceiling. Older paint can be the "accelerant" in and of itself.
