On another day I might agree with you, but the sheer number of explosions today is getting a bit strange.

It's a big, cold place that's named for the famous Canada Goose. We're not sure what the Goose is named for. It may be derived from an Eskimo word that means "Cold land of people who can't pronounce 'out'".

Canada responds: We have always used duct tape to repair our tracks but it has been in short supply since the United States decided .........

This is the fourth derailment in the province in the past week. Remember that Ontario is quite a large province and that a "derailment" can be as small as just one wheel of a train coming off of the track at low speed.
Also, most railroads expect to have derailments every week.

Strange though, 4 times in a week. I know tracks will buckle with temp changes, weather, etc., but maybe someone should walk the line
I'm resisting the tinfoil hat (for now)

Golly. I thought that the current leadership of Canada was supporting the Islamists' drive to eliminate Israel from the world map. The Islamists would never attack one of their allies, would they?
(Author's note: At least part of this is sarcasm. Which part is sarcasm, and which, if any, is true, I'll leave for you the reader to deduce with no comments from me.)

Very true. A friend of mine is a track foreman for CSX. He deals with derailments several times DAILY. 99% of them are very minor. Because they don't get reported as often as they happen, people tend to associate "derailment" with "disaster."

So far, I think this has been an unfortunate string of coincidences...but one more time, and I'll start to wonder.

It's safe to assume that this train was not in support of the coalition of the willing, therefore it is of no consequence...just like the government on whose rails it departed from.
