Well, first of all the caption under the picture is wrong. That's a picture of Nan with Martin Dugan on a TV show thy do as part of a panel on local PBS called "Donnybrook".

If she is one of what the ultra-left wing, extremists liberals call a "conservative radio personality," then why isn't this labeled an "Arkancide?"

Isn't KMOX one of Rush's stations? Doesn't he talk about it all the time?

Yep. KMOX is "the" AM station in St. Louis. I can pick it up here in Montgomery AL in the evening. Great for listening to Cardinal games.

Yes, KMOX does carry Rush - this is a really tragic story. I believe she has a 5 year old son.

That's about all anymore. Since Bob Hyland died in 1992, it sank like a rock.

It used to be required listening.

May I ask why?

Sure. Because I'd like to know if we lost a successful conservative voice in a large US city.

Nan Wyatt was not a conservative. Nobody at KMOX anymore is conservative. The have Rush for the ratings, don't kid yourselves.

I'm sorry this happened to this woman, but she's one of the reasons I quit listenting to KMOX.

At least in the late night/early morning hours when I'd pick KMOX up on the radio
in my laboratory in Oklahoma...KMOX was a TOTAL SNOOZER...more effective than
an overdose of Sominex.

Thank heavens I could usually pick up WWL (New Orleans), KOA (Denver), or WBAP (Dallas/Ft. Worth).
If I'd had only KMOX during those days, I'd still be in a coma.

When was this? Are you, by any chance, talking about Sports Open Line? That show is painful.

Thanks for the info.

We have a number of conservative talk radio hosts in Houston, and I like to think they're making a difference.
