What isn't clear is if they are investigating the ADA to see if SHE broke laws, or if they are looking to see if Ritter was guilty of a federal violation.

Catherine Crier on Court TV the other day insinuated that the judge in the case was a Bush boy, having worked at the recount in Florida. She just as good as said the judge leaked the information as a favor to Bush.

Yesterday Wolfowitz mentioned reports of an UNSCOM inspector being blackmailed by Saddam. With all the emailing to Iraqi officers going on, and with some of those officers looking for good relations with their coming conqueror, perhaps the US now has solid evidence.
