This past Shabbat another Jew was murdered by Arabs who received guns from Shimon Peres and the other Oslo criminals. This time it was Rabbi Natti Ozeri HY"D, father of 5 little children, who lived at Hill Number 26 in Kiryat Arba.
Over the past two months, 19 Jews from just the Hevron area were murdered by Arabs using guns [As separate from those Jews who were murdered by Arab homicide bombers] When one tallies the Jews shot to death by Arabs throughout the country, one finds that one third of all Oslo victims have been murdered by Arabs using the Oslo-guns.
A high-ranking officer in the IDF recently revealed that a reserve division stationed in the Ramallah area during Operation Defensive Shield decided to gather weapons by going from house to house and conducting thorough searches. To clarify that, we are not talking about homes of wanted terrorists but about the houses of the so called innocent and peaceful Arab population. This officer said that in almost every Arab house they found guns. During just a few days those IDF reservists gathered one thousand five hundred automatic weapons -- 1500 -- which is more than what the entire IDF has gathered since the beginning of the Olso war.
According to the Shabak, at the outbreak of the Oslo war in September 2000, there were more than 40,000 guns held by Arabs in Judea, Samaria and Gaza. Of that number 12,000 were given to the terrorist murderers as part of the Oslo agreements. The rest were smuggled in unofficially or stolen under the new conditions created and facilitated by the Oslo agreements. To date, the IDF, in all of its activities, has gathered less than 1500 illegal weapons.
Before Oslo, according to the journalist Hagai Hoberman, in August 1993 the then commander in charge of Judea and Samaria, [Not including Gaza] General Boogie Yaalon, [Now the Army Chief of Staff] conducted a major and successful campaign to gather all weapons from the Arab population. At the campaign's end, his intelligence concluded that Judea and Samaria were free of guns, except for not more than 25 weapons that were not located. All those efforts were put to nought a short time later, when the Insanity of Oslo was brought upon us by Peres, Rabin, Beilin and their gang.
Whenever Israel demands that the "Palestinian Authority" stop its murderous terror campaign, one of the first demands on the list is that the Arabs gather all the guns and hand them over. Gathering the Arab guns is even part of the Likud platform. So now the question is this: If gathering all those guns is a major part of fighting terror, why is Israel not doing anything about it?
Women in Green call upon the government of Israel to take away from the Arabs the guns that Shimon Peres and other Oslo criminals gave them, or enabled them to procure in such huge quantities.
Tomorrow, Sunday, January 19th, at 9:15 am - before leaving for our car convoy - we will gather in Jerusalem, in front of the Prime Minister;'s offices (Rose Garden) with the simple and basic demand: "TAKE THEIR GUNS AWAY!!"
We urge all of you in Israel and abroad to spread this message to all other email lists of friends and relatives and in addition to fax, email and call the Prime Minister and others with this same demand "TAKE THEIR GUNS AWAY"!

Do they possess the same natural right (God-given or whatever source, I don't care) to hold weapons and to defend themselves as Americans have? One which supposedly has been secured over here, not created, by the Second Amendment?
If they don't, either something has occurred to take their rights away, or they're not human beings. Tell us which of these is the case. And if they do, where's the propriety in Israeli forces disarming them?
My summary of where we're at with this evil, totalitarian, dictatorial, murderous political system masquerading as a religion:

Even so, the Jews cannot be expected to accommodate the threat that the moslems represent.
The answer is for the moslems to be removed, along with their arms, from Israel...
Or be destroyed, also along with thier arms, in war.
There is only a conundrum if we assume that the moslems must remain, alive, where they squat now.

You seem to be cobbling up a needless neologism here, but that's not important. The same febrile allegations of a "death culture" are made every day by assorted statists about the members of the National Rifle Association. That matters not one whit to the fact that they, and you, and I all have natural rights to self-defense and to obtain the tools with which to do it.
And so do the Palestinian Arabs. And the Israeli settlers. And everyone else in that cesspool. Neither side has the right to coerced support, in armaments or anything else, from anybody else -- including the American taxpayers, we saps who have allowed six decades of "our" governments to arm both sides. They all, though, have the right to act to defend themselves.
If you dilute this by suggesting any sort of "culture," you strip away the justification for anyone to have such natural rights. Culture is chosen. Rights are not, and you have them whether you like it or not, and -they- have them whether you like it or not.
By their deeds they are similar to the worst of our nation's felons, who are also, by law anyway -- and by any rational justification -- disarmed.
You know, I seem to have missed, now that you mention it, the rendition of the Second Amendment that affirms the right to keep and bear arms "except for convicted felons." Can you show me where it is?
I haven't seen any sound reasoning for denying the right of self-defense to someone convicted of a felony. It isn't even a part of the Anglo-American common law, its role itself acknowledged in the Bill of Rights. (Incapacity by lack of mental ability, including the presumption of it for small children, -is- thus recognized.)
It may not be seen as anything more than disturbing, as yet, to recognize that felons have rights of self-defense, the same as the rest of us. (The Supreme Court certainly has equivocated, most recently on the case about a man convicted of violating an ammunition law in Mexico who sought the expunging of his conviction here, which BATF activity Congress has authorized but -- out of its cowardice -- not funded.)
Yet it's of a piece with others having the same rights, even those whom you detest or fear. That we have carved out this exception to natural rights (and the Second Amendment) allows for temporizing about resisting tyranny at home -- and endorsing the suppression of others abroad.
