This could be great. The RATS are announcing their economic plan tomorrow in their attempt to upstage the President's economic speech on Tuesday. If the RATS get drowned out by Saddam, it will be God's hand once again.

Anyone know where we can get it with the time difference..

Baghdad Iraq = 3 hours East of GMT.
Therefore, US EST time = Baghdad time - 8 hours.

United States Army Humvee utility vehicles pass a welcoming sign attached to a highway route marker in the Kuwait desert January 5, 2003. The Army is already beginning to deploy more than 11,000 soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Division in the state of Georgia as well as hundreds of engineers and intelligence specialists from Germany to the Gulf in a new year surge of troops, warplanes and ships in case President George W. Bush orders an invasion of Iraq.  REUTERS/Chris Helgren

You would think that Saddam and the Dems would coordinate better. They do have the same goals, so it would only be natural.
