MIDI - DONNA
Senator Murray dreams of an Islamist
We don't build Day Cares
for that she's really p*ssed
She's defending her guy
you right wing nuts, please
go away
Just go away
You need to know that he's building lots of roads
He has his own line of rayon Burqa clothes
She's defending her guy
you right wing nuts, please
go away
She is praying that he will not be
found at room temperature
He's her soulmate she has told friends
she is sure
She swears that someday she'll do something quite wild
And if he wants her, she'll gladly bear his child
She's defending her guy
you right wing nuts, please
go away
Just go away

Good one Doug. Can you imagine if a Republican said what Murray said?????
Hope you and your family had a blessed holiday. We were pretty gentle with my parents this year...dad is really showing signs of dimentia...it's very emotional for mom...so the "sing a long" was postponed...although I did share your lyrics (AND The Clinton legacy cookbook) with the cousins...They LOVED it!

re: signs of dimentia
It was quite a Christmas for us. Mrs. DFU's mom died last week (she suffered from Alzheimers for three years). Mrs. DFU was in the hospital for a few days with a urinary tract infection. But we made it through. I hope yours was a little more festive.

So sorry to hear about Mrs. DFU's mom, although I'm sure it was painful watching her deteriorate with Alzheimers. What a terrible disease. Dad openly admits when he can't remember, choses NOT to drive anymore which I guess is good but it's sad to see someone who was so in charge become so dependent. (He didn't even remember our trip to Key West over Thanksgiving!)
I hope Mrs. DFU is physically healing too and that 2003 will be a better year for you all!

Hysterical. Did I ever mention that Dion lived up the block from me in the Bronx and I went to school with his sister "Donna"? Sorry I lost contact as I'm sure both would appreciate your lyrics.

Mrs. DFU's mom died last week (she suffered from Alzheimers for three years). God bless her and all her family. The thing about that dreaded disease is that the family suffers even more than the patient. I pray for a cure.
