LAW OF THE LAND Suit claims Bush conspired to cover up rape Unsubstantiated report goes online prematurely

By Jon Dougherty

© 2002 WorldNetDaily.com A news report about a court filing by a Missouri City, Texas, woman who claims President Bush raped her was posted on the Internet prematurely and without sufficient fact-checking, says the editor of the paper.

The story, published Wednesday by the Fort Bend Star, said Margie Schoedinger also claims that Bush conspired with the FBI and local police to cover up his alleged crime.

"This report wasn't supposed to go up yet," Jean Sandlin, an editor for the paper, told WorldNetDaily. Speaking of Schoedinger, Sandlin added: "I had heard she was a nutcase."

Repeated attempts to contact the reporter who wrote the story, LeaAnn Klentzman, were unsuccessful.

Rumors of the alleged rape circulated rapidly across the Internet today, but little in the way of details emerged.

Upon further investigation, however, WorldNetDaily discovered that indeed Schoedinger filed court papers with the Fort Bend County court Dec. 2 alleging the sexual abuse. Editor's note: The linked document above is in .pdf format; you must have an Adobe Acrobat reader to open it.

According to her account, which was confusing, rambling and incomplete, she also alleged that she has been harassed and threatened by federal agents, her bank accounts looted, her husband fired from his job, and that she had a miscarriage after being beaten. In court papers, she intimated that Bush "might have been the father of the child that was lost."

Also, she claimed that when she went to a hospital for treatment she was further threatened by federal agents "on behalf of the Defendant [Bush]."

Additionally, Schoedinger claims she has been placed on a "watch list" for AIDS and is being monitored by the National Security Agency, Secret Service and CIA. She said her home is under surveillance as well.

"Defendant [Bush] took personal responsibility for these decisions," the court papers say, "explaining to Plaintiff [Schoedinger] that committing suicide would be her best option … in his opinion. …"

"Plaintiff is essentially dead in any case," the filing said.

She said throughout a conversation she had with Bush – for which she gave no time frame – he allegedly never "stopped watching" her, "nor did he stop having sex" with her while she was under the influence.

"The sole concern of the Defendant and his representatives was whether Plaintiff could actually recall the individual sex crimes committed against Plaintiff and Plaintiff's husband, utilizing drugs," said the court papers. "Whether or not Plaintiff's husband was raped remains in question, as Plaintiff was drugged after she was raped and her husband was drugged before her rape."

Schoedinger's husband is not identified in the papers.

The suit seeks $1 million in actual damaged plus an additional $49 million in punitive damages and emotional distress.

A spokeswoman at the Fort Bend County Court at Law 3, where the suit was filed, told WorldNetDaily she could not discuss particulars of the case.

The White House did not respond to requests for comment by press time.

In court papers, Schoedinger also hinted that the alleged dalliances with Bush may have occurred when she was a minor, though she did not specify her age at the time of the alleged assaults. Also, her present age was not listed in court papers.

It was unclear whether Bush had been served with the suit, though court papers filed Dec. 4 gave Bush 20 days to respond or appear in a Fort Bend County courtroom.

The notice to appear was initialed by Becky Kasper, Fort Bend County deputy clerk.

I read the posting and agree she's a nut-case. However, I do think she may be a candidate or has already been abducted by aliens...

Man you would think this was Bubba saying, "Put some ice on it." I've noticed a pattern by liberals from DC to Berlin, an attempt to look at accusations against Clinton and then try to reverse roles. It gets pretty absurd sometimes. And the best way to bury this is to open it even wider, IMHO. Not only that, it should be entertaining when she is proven to be just as crazy as she sounds. So let her speak out. Let the details come out. Time for popcorn.

Sounds like a nutcase for sure. My 90 year old aunt is kinda like her. She thought the neighbors were all selling drugs and she thought they all wanted to kill her. She kept her curtains drawn all day, she was afraid they were watching her, and out to get her. She was delusional. Then she wanted my mother to stay with her at night. THEN she wanted my mother to buy her a gun! We put our foot down then. A delusional 90 year old with a gun with my mother in the house at night. I could just see Aunt Alice in her delusions and halucinations mistaking my mother for one of her imagined enemies. [This was, of course, all checked out with the police and there were no drug dealers in her neighborhood, just young families with small children]. As I read about the nutcase in the article I thought of my beloved, delusional, Aunt Alice. She is still living alone, but they are putting her into an assisted living residence soon. Some times these people have to be protected from themselves. They can be dangerous!

The question [and would add validity to her claim]:
Does she have an attorney; did an attorney file [or help file] ?

After seeing the amount of political leaders that have been "involved"
in sexual antics not conducive to "proper conduct", there is little that
would surprise me regarding this matter.

How many victims of priests have been said to be "nutcases"?

I would not write off anyone as a "nutcase" until I knew all the facts.

The initial report said that she is acting as her own attorney. Are we surprised?

Dollars to donuts says this lady is pro se. (Hey, even attorneys have their limits! :-D ) I do know lawyers who file "confusing, rambling and incomplete" pleadings - but not very many.

Every courthouse has its resident nut. The almost universal pattern is claims of abduction, sexual abuse, drugging, and surveillance. They always file against prominent people, and the CIA, FBI, and sometimes the Bilderbergers or Illuminati are the usual culprits. They file repeatedly and violate all the rules of the court and of procedure, until the judges on the circuit have had enough and enter a "no-file" order.

They are just a nuisance you learn to live with, only problem is that occasionally you have one that turns violent. We had one in our local court who filed junk for years, against her employer, her lawyer (poor soul!) and eventually the court. One of the judges had a "bad feeling" about her, nothing anybody could put their finger on. About 6 months after her last claim was dismissed, she murdered most of her family and went on the run. There were some anxious moments around the courthouse until she was caught (all of us wondering who she was maddest at and would go after next)!

My ex tried that during a follow-up child issue after our divorce in '84. She had a fool for a client!

We were saying, on a related thread yesterday, that Marge should definitely be given air time on television to tell her story. LOL. LOTS of time. Because she's got lots to tell. ;D

So they just put an article online without fact-checking. That's just great. Bush was campaigning in October of 2000, and it should be very easy to account for his whereabouts during every hour of every day of the entire year. Heck, there's probably even film footage to back most of it up (from Nancy Pelosi's daughter, among others). No wonder the reporter doesn't want to talk to World Net Daily, I'll bet she doesn't want to talk to anyone else either.

I love it when "journalists" make total asses of themselves...

I have a woman in the next appartment that complained to me about scratchings from inside our adjoining wall.

Now I have very good ears and never heard no GD scratchings.

Some women are just total whack-jobs. HA!

Believe me, you can write this person off as a nutcase almost immediately. But don't take my word for it, read the PDF yourself.
