The Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office will begin investigating about a dozen people accused of voting twice in the November election.

Elections Supervisor Theresa LePore is expected to send the State Attorney's Office today evidence of double-voting. LePore would not release the voters' names but said they were of various ages and hometowns.

Those voters, including a Palm Beach Post reporter on assignment, face up to five years in prison or a $5,000 fine if convicted. Each had cast an absentee ballot, but also went to their precinct to vote on Election Day, LePore said.

It's this kind of stuff (which was reported all over the US in 2000) that makes me question whether Algore really won the popular vote.

More than likely someone just "stole their names" and voted.

It would be so easy in Massachusetts where I don't have to show any ID. I just show up, give my street address and they hand me a ballot. Then they cross my name off a list. I could easily show up see which of my neighbors hasn't voted, give their address and vote, vote, vote.

The old geezer DIMs probably forgot that they voted already because they did not impregnate the chads this time, so they went back to vote again.

We would hope that somewhere along the line common sense will assert itself and Lou would not be bothered by the criminal justice system

Reporter or not, the man signed his name stating that he knew he was committing a felony. Get real.

Rats no doubt. Methinks the presstitutes/DNC-Clinton cabal will play this as Gore did lose and will lose again in 04. He's toast....

"makes me question whether Algore really won the popular vote."

Or worse.....whether or not Bill Clinton really won the second term.

This is a smokescreen. The real toxic waste dump is that THOUSANDS of illegal aliens, in that area alone, are registered to vote and have been voting regularly. Screen the registration lists for illegals, and you will catch a huge haul of newly minted felons.

It is not fraud if you have a higher motive. In the Hollywood movies, they paint the bad guy so bad, and then the good guy become free to break ALL the rules to capture the VERY BAD guy. Drive on the side walks, and over vendors stands in the open market destroying people's businesses....

The DemonRats feel the same way. They have the right to break all the rules to prevent disasters from happening.

Actually, it's even easier. Massachusetts actually goes out and looks for fraudulent Democrat Party votes. In Massachusetts an illegal alien can register to vote by mail. No proof of citizenship or residency required. Just fill-in the form and mail. Then show up at the election, tell them your "name" and "address" and get a ballot.

If Ashcroft were serious, he'd be after this state's AG, Tom Reilly, for fraud in a national election. Reilly is the same waste of skin who banned the sale of new handguns in Massachusetts, declaring them "defective consumer products" because, if misused, they can "cause injury."

It's the Tom Reillys that the RNC needs to go after. He was just reelected, unopposed, paid for by millions in out-of-state Hollywood money...

Why does it not come as a major shock to me to read that a reporter voted twice? As a mater of fact, I'm rather shocked that he only voted two times.

When you go in the second time, would you, like, wear a fake beard? How does this work? Are all the precinct workers blind?

When it comes to vote fraud DemocRatic shame knows no boundaries.

Here in 2000 the Rats passed out cigarettes to bums and encouraged college students to vote more than once, which probably caused the state to go Gore.

Question it you should. Between 15 million illegal aliens and miraculously high registration and voting rates in bombed-out inner-city precincts, you got yourself Gore's popular vote margin and probably a million to spare.
