AUC = Ab Urbe Condita, not Anno Ubris Conditoe.

Now, Anno Urbis (year of the city) is correct, but Conditoe is utterly incorrect Latin, so I'm somewhat concerned about some of the other Roman dating that is used.

They do, apparently, reckon the AUC dating correctly, more or less. Still, I worry about the accuracy due to that error.

Your concern is noted, interesting and appreciated. I am in no condition to argue, or even clarify. I will say that Bullinger's writings are becoming quite old, and have possibly become susceptible to reprinting errors.

Mainly, I posted this for part III, "The Course of Abia." Many people say that the date of the birth of Christ cannot be reckoned from the Bible. I consider Bullinger's work here as close as you can come to it, but some other FReepers disagree, (at least they have in years past).
