African Rock Python Devours 10 Year Old Boy

A 6 meter African rock python swallowed a 10 year old boy near Durban, the first recorded 'man eating' incident for the species.

For three hours other children hid up mango trees near the township of Lamontville, too terrified to flee, as the snake first trapped the young boy and squeezed the life out of him before consuming him whole.

Police and snake expers found no trace of the child, or his clothing, except for a trail of flattened grass and a trail leading down to a nearby stream.

The incident last week prompted wide spread panic among the 50,000 residents of the township.

What disgusting little kids. If that had happened to one of my friends as a kid we'd have either thrown stuff at the snake or run and got an adult to kill it. Dumb little piss ants.

The snake was supposedly out of winter hibernation, hungry and the kid never had a chance.

The word for that would be "miracle". (Even for "white people".) The snake would asphyxiate the child PRIOR to attempting to eat it.

Anyone with a rock could have killed this snake; anyone with a sharp knife could have cut it in two; anyone with a gun could have shot it.

Exactly the kids HAD THREE HOURS to find some logs or rocks to pry the mouth open..

At least there should have been some effort to save him, this really is tragic..

We still have idiot white trash who think these huge reptiles are "cute" or "things of beauty and wonderment" while letting the snakes roam loose in their homes.

We see it on the "Animal channels" and on news blurbs from local area station reports that many of these fools have infants and small children in the house at the same time.

Not long ago a python or boa killed one of these kids (don't have the exacts) and a week or so later another segment treated us to another white trash household, the parents having dozens of snakes, several of the larger species loose, and the 250 pound fat wife with IQ of maybe a toilet handle looked straight into the camera and said somethng to the effect that "there is no danger because their snakes inherently loved their children and would never hurt them".

Hey, lady, snakes are cold blooded, meaning that they have no central nervous system and therefore incapable of an emotion such as "love".

When the instinct is awakened, what you term "love" more than likely may be "hunger".

Watching ignorance portrayed such as this brings out a little voice in the back of my head which says, "Maybe this is a good thing, for this gene pool need not expand..."

The python would have been careful not to crush any bones.

So the boy must have passed on by cardiac arrest.
