Despite warnings to stay away from him, American Patrol will join others in a full-hour special Donahue Show on immigration
to be aired Tuesday, November 12, at 5 pm and 8 pm Pacific Time (8 pm and 11 pm Eastern Time.)

I am not always a huge fan of Glenn, but other than Pat Buchanan he is the only person I know of who has been trying to awaken US Citizens to what has been taking place on our southern border. He's been at it for about 15 years that I know of. Therefore I find myself supporting him. I think he has done some excellent work on this subject, and deserves credit for it. More recently Representative Tancredo has also taken on this cause. I'm glad to see it. With Trent Lott saying that he might approve of troops on our borders, there'll be plenty to talk about on this program.

Glenn's site is a wealth of information. The audio clips there cannot be refuted. The speak for themselves. And my, what they have to say...

Didn't think I'd be hawking a Donahue show, but if he's going to address this issue, I'm going to ask folks to tune in. The guest list leads me to think that it's not going to be a total hit piece, since the parents of a National Park Service ranger who was killed near the border, will be on the show.

I may be wrong, but the liberals may actually take up this issue at some point trying to make points against Bush for not having taken action. It's not an eventuality that I'd like to see. We should be the standard bearers for what's right.

Yes they are. Knowing they have no shame though, it would be a way for them to claim the high ground on terrorism prevention, and not without some connection to reality either. I think their procrastination on Iraq hurt them. They're going to be looking for a wedge issue to show they're just as concerned about homeland security as Bush is.

I too would find this somewhat of a long stretch, but I also realize we're going to see some new initiates as they try to rehab the word "progressive" shortly before they morph into some other entity.

Joe, if that is the policy then I appologize for having placed this on the forum. This is an announcement of a Phil Donahue program tomorrow afternoon 11/12. I didn't think that would be all that controversial. But if Jim has a policy about American Patrol that I was unaware of, then I will abide by it.
