Hillary Politicizing Wellstone's Death

Minnesota Sen. Paul Wellstone hasn't even been buried yet, but that hasn't stopped fellow Democrat Hillary Clinton from invoking his death four days ago to boost the chances of her own pet candidate, Carl McCall.

With Democrat McCall trailing badly against Republican George Pataki in New York's gubernatorial contest, Mrs. Clinton invoked Wellstone's memory before a women's breakfast yesterday in New York City.

"I see a direct connection between our loss on Friday of someone who really was a unique force in American politics and this campaign Carl McCall is waging," Clinton told the group.

"Sometimes it's not easy doing what has to be done," she continued, the New York Post said.

Both Clinton and her husband are desperate to avoid an embarrassing third place finish for McCall behind Independent Party candidate, billionaire Tom Golisano.

Unless McCall can place a respectable second, the Democrats would lose not only the second line on the ballot in future elections, but thousands of patronage jobs throughout the state connected with monitoring elections.

Saaaay....didn't Hillary and the late Mr. Wellstone get into a bit of a shouting match a while back....

Maybe the folks at DU should refine their conspiracy theories a little bit and look for someone with a motive.

Maybe this is why some of the Republicans backed off Clinton during impeachment. They knew the Clintons would spend the next few years knocking off rival Democratic stars.

Right...I mean, look at this statement:

"Sometimes it's not easy doing what has to be done," she continued,

Now, the folks at DU proceeded to accuse the GOP with no evidence whatsoever, but with Hillary...here you have motive, opportunity and a history of similar incidents that have surrounded her for years..

See? This is easy!

I meant to put a smily face at the end of that post. Half a smile, anyway.

Those guys are such morons. Everytime there is a death in the Democratic Party, the GOP loses.

Yes, but every time a liberal dies, an angel gets his wings.

Huh? Are you a pilot? You simply cannot be one. I've never yet heard a pilot utter this conspiracy nonsense. JFK, Jr died in a dead man's spiral. I guess pilots know the facts without a hidden agenda. Now Ron Brown's death was suspicious.

Hitlery should be very, very careful about throwing these kinds of stones. Her hands are anything but clean.

Right...this way they gain another permanent vote for their party.

At this rate, I imagine they'll be renaming "Saint Paul" Minnesota after Wellstone any day now.

I hope that this old, ugly, lying witch has a large supply of potty tissue with her at all times because the only thing that comes out of her mouth is sh*t.

We will now hear that Bill, Hill and Wellstone were best friends. I'm sure Bill will break down when he hears Daschle speak softly about how Wellstone stopped the Republicans from destroying Social Security and killing old people.

Everytime there is a death in the Democratic Party, the GOP loses.

Does that mean that the only good Democrat is a dead Democrat?

I have sir, on video from the early reports of JFK's aircraft reported missing, people interviewed in the area saying they saw and heard a fireball in the area where the plane went down.
This was in the very early reports. I am not a pilot either, for sure, but I did see these reports and tape them. Not only that, the entire rescue afterward seemed strange to many people. I won't go into it all here, but something just wasn't right about this stuff.
