Arizona Supreme Court Allows Abortion Funds for Poor

The Arizona Supreme Court narrowly ruled Tuesday that poor women have a state constitutional right to public funding for abortions to protect their health, since the state provides funding for some abortions in other circumstances.

The Supreme Court's 3-2 decision says that because the law "permits funding of abortion for one class of pregnant women, the state Constitution will not permit it to deny funding for others for whom abortions are medically necessary to save the mother's health," Justice Stanley Feldman wrote for the majority in Tuesday's decision.

Interesting. So productive citizens are forced to pay for the murder of unborn children.

Isn't coercive collectivism grand?

Do you think the state is correct in forcing people who believe abortion is murder to pay for somebody else to kill their baby?

Given that the Left defines all pregnancies as 'unhealthy', this is carte blance to murder anyone in a womb. I hope the supporters of abortion are forced to to meet the souls of the children they have murdered as the abortion supporters are sent to Hell by God.

And do you know the most disgusting part of this?

The Republican Party of 2002 cannot be bothered to even raise the issue of abortion - much less do anything about it.

Even Ronald Reagan was in favor of allowing abortion if a woman's life is in danger.

I'll raise it.

And make sure that something is done about it.

The Hell of abortion supporters will be experiencing everything the prenatal babies suffered. Count on it: what goes around comes around!

That's not the issue. The issue is forcing others to pay for it. I happen to be pro-choice but would never jail a taxpayer who refused to pay for an act he considers murder.
