Did anyone notice that the white van that the 2 suspects where picked up in had a Marine Window Decal on the rear window in the upper left corner? When the van was being moved from the gas station the cameras had a view of the rear of the vehicle where this decal was visible. Yet, when the van was removed from the gas station onto the street, it was placed in a position where a small tree was now being used to block the cameras from viewing this decal. Hemmmm.

And temporary plates, so it's a good bet that whatever bumperstickers etc. are on it were put there by a previous owner.

It was once reported as a Mexican flag There's one of those, too. Odd combination, if you ask me.

I think the bumper stickers are completely irrelevant to the story. The two people arrested are non-U.S. citizens and they evidently recently acquired the vehicle. Almost certainly, the bumper stickers were put on the vehicle by a previous owner (where WOULD you find a Bush/Cheney 2000 bumper sticker these days?). Furthermore, it now appears that these two jerkoffs have nothing to do with the sniper anyhow.

Why? There are thousands of Mexican Marines, ever since I was a kid in the '50's.

I saw a viva Mexico sticker
To: Stone
The van also had temporary VA plates (paper). So, it could have been stolen from a dealership or recently purchased. If so, the stickers may be from a previous owner.
Interesting also--the last few weeks "we" have been alerted to a Ford van and a Dodge van. This one was a Plymouth van.

A caller on Fox (supposedly an eye-witness) claimed that it was an NRA sticker.

First of all, the cops on this case are inept. They bust a couple of hapless illegals. Pathetic. Here in Columbus Ohio the authorities also harrass Mexicans in the name of the war on terrorism.
And this Chief Moose character... give me a break. He comes on every time with that ridiculous game face and says nothing, like he's imagining he's the director of the CIA or something rather than the front man for a bunch of keystone cops. Please, let us talk to the real deal--the FBI--directly, rather than being offered this bozo.
It's unbelieveable that it's OK now for police to have protracted communications with this terrorist and reveal nothing about what the communication is about, where the investigation is now, NADA (pardon the Spanish). There is too much self-importance in America today, and secrecy is far too hip among petty commissars. Civil rights are being trampled under this veil of secrecy.
