Maybe that's why they've been so silent... they were on his trail. The guy on FOX is saying the name of the suspect is being released.

Local news reporting:
Area at intersection of Parham Road and Broad Street in Richmond's West End. (Henrico County).
Guy was talking on phone. SWAT team surrounded him. Area around Exxon station completely blocked off. FBI on the scene.
One guy has been arrested. Local news says police officer said "hot suspect."
