A glass of beer a day is one of the best ways in which young women and men can ensure that they have strong and healthy bones, research at a British medical school suggests.

Otherwise the best food alternatives are green beans or a bowl of cereal. Silicon, however, was especially well absorbed from fluids. yeah, maybe that is why they call it a beer gut! lol... beer adds weight... Want some hops and malt? ;o)

But in all serious situations, too much beer adds weight, (especially where you don't want it), deteriorates the body, and mentally, it makes you feel good, but boy does it taste great on a hot day basking in the sun...(I have given it up for awhile) ;o(.....
