Otherwise the best food alternatives are green beans or a bowl of cereal. Silicon, however, was especially well absorbed from fluids. "Beer does appear to be an important source of silicon and may be especially important given that we now receive a lot less silicon in our diet from drinking water," he explained. ...

I didn't realize so many aliens from other planets were on Earth.

My bones are made of calcium, not silicon...

yeah, maybe that is why they call it a beer gut! lol... beer adds weight... Want some hops and malt? ;o)

But in all serious situations, too much beer adds weight, (especially where you don't want it), deteriorates the body, and mentally, it makes you feel good, but boy does it taste great on a hot day basking in the sun...(I have given it up for awhile) ;o(.....

Just one. The article says "a glass," not more than one.

Now, wait a minute here...let's look at this logically.

If one beer is "good," two beers must be "better," and four beers must be "excellent."

Okay...but the article doesn't specify what size.

In Jasper in Canada last June I was surprised to get really good draught Guinness. I thought we had the monopoly on a properly poured pint of stout over here :-)
