SAN FRANCISCO(AP) - The federal government said Sun Microsystems Inc. made a clerical error in failing to post notices about hiring foreign workers on H-1B visas, but said the company did not break any laws and will not be punished.

I would hardly call this a bust. Sun broke the law and received no penalty, not even a reprimand. I'm surprised the Department of Labor didn't apologize for ever raising the issue. This response is nothing more than a green light for them to go ahead and do it repeatedly, knowing nothing will happen to them. The guy ought to sue and keep suing.
