Rush Limbaugh's reporting that all civilian facilities in Iraq are off limits under the current agreement. This is taken from a report in the London Evening Standard (but not yet on their web site). Their source is the British ambassador to the Arab League who negotiated the inspections agreement.
Rush also stated that half the military bases have been reclassified over the years as presidential palaces, putting them off limits.
On another note France makes me SICK...saying that the threat of war has now ended and we should move forward with the inspections.
Bush had more than just ONE DEMAND. All of these people make me sick...they are full of lies and indifference towards the threat of Iraq.
CNN on right now...says Iraq has agree to UNCONDITIONAL INSPECTIONS. They are not telling the truth...

That they see this as worthwhile suggests they have some crash-course weapons creation programs running that they think they could use as trump cards in a coming battle. We need to hurry.

In this context, the Government of the Republic of Iraq reiterates the importance of the commitment of all Member States of the Security Council and the United Nations to respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of Iraq, as stipulated in the relevant Security Council resolutions and article (II) of the Charter of the United Nations.

While I take a back seat to nobody in my contempt for the lying liberal media, there is still a lot of confusion over some of the diplomatic ambiguities in Saddam's letter. For example, in yesterday afternoon's broadcast, Hugh Hewitt was decrying those (of us) who "can't take 'yes' for an answer," so apparently he was taken in, as well, and he's hardly a lying liberal.

The first paragraph is the headline Iraq wants the world to see. Reading between the lines, the last two paragraphs say they are ready to discuss (delay) and certain areas (palaces) will be off limits.
President Bush should call their bluff and announce to Iraq, and the world, that we will show up on October 6 at noon at Palace x (WMD site). Let's see how Iraq will spin that one!
