will refute charges that they perpetrated a "hoax," ran through a toll booth or were "uncooperative" with authorities.

It looks like Eunice will have support ---it's going to be too easy to show they did run the toll booth and weren't cooperative with the authorities. Even now with this lawsuit it proves that.

I don't believe she will have any problem raising money for her defence should it become neccesary. I for one will definitely contribute if the need arises. Any lawsuit by those mopes would be a major mistake.
