Jailed al Qaeda figure is source for latest threat alert

New information from a senior al Qaeda operative now being held by a foreign government prompted the unprecedented triggering of an alert system that characterizes the danger of a terrorist attack as high.

"The threat information was conveyed in the past several days" even though the official who had the information has been in foreign custody for several months, said a U.S. official familiar with the details of the report.

And since these doggy breathed sand scooters are very prone to making up lies to make themselves "look good" in the eyes of their compadres, who also lie in the sporting sense since they have nothing else to do all day long except wait for their bowels to move, why should these liars for pay be believed?

If any of these loonies want to pulverize themselves and those around them, driving or running or waltzing towards any US related building or whetever, then let the sharpshooters have at them.

A few .50 cal rounds from 1000 yards will do wonders to any vehicle (and the driver(s).

My guess is that the information came out of the German al-Qaida cell which was the base for the 9/11 attack. There have been several arrests over the past several weeks and months in Germany, and yesterday arrests and searches were done in Germany based on a link with the Malaysia al-Qaida cell.
