I can't believe our military is as strong today as it was before the Clintoon took over the White House. However, I do believe we are still by far the strongest military in the world. We certainly do spend enough money on it.

How much manufacturing is left in America? I heard one "talking head" on the financial channels once comment in passing about "how nothing is manufactured in America anymore", as if it were a good thing. So this is pretty much true from what I can tell.

Wrongo on that one. The whole gun issue is about one whisker away from becoming the new "third rail" of American politics. The Democrats have realized that their image of being rampant gun grabbers has cost them dearly, and cost Gore the election by costing him his home state. Politicians are dumb but not stupid, they don't want to lose elections.

When you're right you're right. Our borders are wide open to the world, big business wants it that way and so do the Democrats. Our borders have become a worldwide joke, since there is no real penalty for violating our immigration laws. In fact, we fall over ourselves giving free goodies to those who have broken our laws to be here. We have reliquinshed our right to exist as a nation. Would you have any respect for a guy who not only allowed people to break into his house and steal from him, but who actually gave them extra goodies as well? Well, that's pretty much how the world sees us nowadays.

Hate to say it, but there is a fair amount of truth to what this guy has to say. The big question now is, what are we going to do about it?
