Again a failure to carefully read my statement. What I said was that I had never heard it disputed THAT THE SOLUTREANS WERE CAUCASIAN. After all, they did live in Europe!

If we therefore find them in the USA, one might make the assumption they remained of the same race despite the ocean voyage, BUT I DID NOT SAY THAT.

Furthermore, I said that the oldest humans in NORTH America were at the three sites...I never mentioned South America in any way, so Luzia is of no relevance here.

Many sites in South America are MUCH older than 20,000 years, some do approach 40,000 years. As you say, those people might be African like Luzia, or who knows what. I was discussing North America.

As the post above shows, the Vinland Map at Yale is probably genuine, but even if it were not, and it is a modern copy, WE HAVE TESTIMONY FROM MEDIEVAL SOURCES THAT MAPS THAT SHOW WHAT IT DOES WERE IN EXISTENCE THEN.

Where did they get this old parchment to write the map hoax upon?

The Solutrean technology and artifacts crossed from Europe to the up-to-then uninhabited continent of North America. That definitely took place. If anyone can explain how this continent came to speak English, with no English crossing the Atlantic, then I will listen to arguments that the Solutrean technology and tools crossed the Atlantic without any Solutrean people!
