Interesting, isn't it, that we'd managed to survive from 1787-1878 without a Posse Comitatus act? I wonder what was in place then. Tell you what. I'll support of a repeal of the Posse Comitatus act if every other federal law passed since 1878 is repealed also.

Interestingly, the idea of domestic police unattached to the military is relatively new, historically speaking. Interesting that Posse Comitatus is extra-constitutional.
