A former dual-military couple, friends of ours, have a miracle baby. When their little daughter was born she had a poor prognosis, but praise the Lord that child is doing just fine, now. However, she recently walked into her big sisters strike zone as the bat was swung and hit her hard in the face. A few days later they discovered her nose was broken, but today the doctor has decided that she needs to be rushed into surgery tomorrow morning, Friday July 19th at 10:00 am eastern time. Mom reports that it makes her little girl smile when mom tells her that many other people are praying for her. This is a family that has overcome a lot in the last few years. The mom was a Captain in the Army and decided to get out to take care of her sick little baby (the same bat in the face kid) as she was being outprocessed they discovered that mom had cancer. After a lot of chemo, mom has been in remission about 2 years now. With God and the support of great family and friends this young couple have managed to heal a sick child, and hopefully cure a young mother.
Please keep this family, and especially little M., in your prayers tonight. May God bless and keep all of you freepers safe and at peace.
