Lieberman pins fate of economy on White House

Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman, Connecticut Democrat, said yesterday that the U.S. economy will suffer unless President Bush and Vice President Richard B. Cheney release more details of their actions as private-sector corporate executives.

"Because of the president's involvement in the Harken Energy case, there is a large cloud hanging over his head," Mr. Lieberman said on ABC's "This Week."

How easy it is for whining Joe to attack republicans. It's not nearly as easy to attack democrats, because many democrats have been nurtured at the breast of government since grade school and have accomplished nothing on their own, while in many cases, republicans actually did something with their lives in the private sector before entering government service.

Lieberman's economic logic only applies to Republicans, I guess. I don't remember him demanding that Clinton come clean on every aspect of Whitewater,Morgan Guaranty,Filegate,Hillary's billing records, Hillary's cattle future deals,Vince Foster's death,Monica,Paula,Kathleen,Dolly,Miss Arkansas,Juanita,his blond mistress, drug allegations,the McDougals,White House coffees, selling the Lincoln Bedroom,selling secrets to China,etc,etc.... or the economy would tank!!!

It is very sad that the lowly democrats are more interested is chasing phantom scandals than seeing to the well being of the nation. I believe most Americans, even democrats, know this is all political BS. Lieberman is still pissed that Cheney beat him to a pulp in the VP debate. Lieberman and Micheal Jackson stood start a new band together, with Hadasa singing back up.

The Dims' latest strategy is to put their fingers in their ears and chant "nyah,nyah,nyah--I'm not going to listen to anything you have to say." It failed miserably when my little sister tried that strategy 40 odd years ago. It still doesn't work. Loserman has forfeited the right to form an opinion because he will not admit that this Harken thing has been dissected into small pieces and there is no wrong doing to be found. So Joe, climb back on your rocking horse and chase your fears of Hillary around the rotunda. Try not to make too much noise or get in the adults' way.

Write or call holy-Joe and remind him that he stood behind the most vile and corrupt impeached president ever in America's history. Remind him that he willingly let the Florida Supreme Court break the laws of Florida's Constitution, which caused the U.S. Supremes to have to step in. Remind him that he allowed the Clinton administration an era of corruption, treachery and deceit and that he was an integral part of that eight years and ...did nothing; that character counts after all.

You have the right approach. I sent Lieberman email yesterday; today I sent one off to Dashole and to my senior senator, Grahm from Florida. These folks could care less about this country and they show it daily with the ridiculous attacks. Of course, they do have the liberal lieing media on their sides, which doesn't help to get the truth out there. Its up to us to hound them to stop playing their assanine games. Hope a lot of folks here will send emails, make calls, or write letters. Oh, and while you are at it, it doesn't hurt to send a note off to President Bush and Vice President Cheney telling them how much you support them. :-)
